Don't move here!!

It's pretty obvious management writes some reviews on here. It took a week to get our heater fixed...during the coldest week of winter. Same thing happened with our AC in the summer! We got a $700 bill upon moveout for replacing the carpet. There were no stains. Our car got broken into Christmas Eve in the poorly lit parking lot. When we told the office, they rolled their eyes. There is no landscaping except around the office and back entry way. The back gate is often broken. We took the offer on free pet training. We were the only ones that showed up. No one picks up their animal waste. Loud parties are allowed to go on throughout the night. On my way to work the next morning, they were still out on their balcony. The office boasts free breakfast in the morning. All I could ever find were old granola bars or nothing at all before I went off to work. The computers in the business room rarely worked. The printer and fax machine never did. It just sucked. The exercise rooms had equipment that barely worked and was from the '80s it seemed. The back swimming pool was under repair almost the entire time we lived there. We moved out immediately after our lease was up! Oh I forgot to mention the homeless people that frequented the small wooded spots in the community!!
