I have lived here for 6 months and have had no problems so far. Whenever we had a request it was fixed quickly. The rooms are a good size compared to other apartments in the area I have been in/looked at. Parking isn't horrible, but it's not the best. You might have to walk a bit if you park past 10pm. Overall I think it's a good place to live.

I was there for 6 months and no serious problems. After 3 years, I can report quite a few, especially the attempts (often reported on this page) to squeeze as much money out of you as they can--as illicitly as possible--as you leave. Be very careful.

they screwed us out of $500 because of their poor book keeping for some satellite dish fee when we've never even subscribed to satellite tv nor have we ever had a dish.
