I've been here almost 1 1/2 years, and have had positive experiences overall. I've never had a delay in them fixing anything, except for the paint that had started to peel on my balcony ceiling. And that was only delayed because they had to order paint. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Pros - pay rent online, service request online, dog park with chairs, nice trail to run/walk, solar screens on some windows to block heat, adequate insulation to minimize neighbor noise. Cons - sometimes the gates break and it takes a while to get them repaired, sometimes wifi signal at pool/business center not very strong, could upgrade the weight room/exercise center.
I haven't always gotten things resolved the way I want, but I believe they try to when they can. I've been very happy, and think I'll stay a while.

I love this property's location and have heard they have done some units with wood floors

The wood floors are fake. It's cheap vinyl that looks like wood which pealed up after three months because of their poor installation technique. They wanted to charge us $300 to fix it when it was installed improperly.
The location is good though but the rest is not worth it.
