That says it all. There are much newer/better places in the area with more amenties for the same price but larger sq. ft., etc... If you do decide to move here have as little to do with the Stepford Management staff as possible.

that sucks your car was stolen and totalled, but what should the office do? buy you a new car? my dad's truck was stolen out of his driveway a few years back. maybe i should see if there is a www.HOAratings.com so i can complain about neighborhood associations. :/ cars get stolen from malls too, but i've never heard of someone picketing outside of barton creek mall for bad security on those stupid segways.
you also want to complain about dogs? most apartments accept pets. all neighborhoods have them. i guess you're gonna have to live in Korea if you don't like dogs. they bark. that's what they do. i'd be willing to bet dogs don't like listening to you when you speak. perhaps someone should stand up for the dogs and complain about you. the complex i work at hasn't raised rates for renewals since late last year because of the economy. most places are working with their residents to keep them from leaving. but all places raise your rates at renewal time. that's how they make money. you're a fool if you don't understand business 101. introductory rates are to entice people to move in and build occupancy. just like property taxes on homes, there are property taxes on apartment properties too. they're always on the way up. someone has to pay for them, and that would be the tenants. that does suck about water volleyball. i know rattan creek up north has water volleyball. unforunately, they allow dogs to live there too. so i'm not sure you'll be happy. ...but don't seriously complain about your car being stolen. that office staff isn't on the watch 24 hours a day. for pet owners, having a yard is awesome. you knew pets were allowed in the first place. i'm willing to bet people leaving pets in the backyard were already leaving them on the patio too. so the barking was probably already a problem for you. |
