I have lived here for ten years, and have found the management to be completely reasonable and responsive to my needs. That is one of the basic reasons I continue to live here besides the beauty of the woods, safety, quietness of neighbors, and swimming facilities.

You're a Ten-year Employee!
The apartment manager herself has said in passing at a recent safety meeting that the current longest staying resident is four years. You might want to reconsider your review.
As for safety, can you explain the letter that just went out regarding the recent break-ins? I especially liked the paragraph that explained how the Preserve is NOT responsible for our safety and that matters regarding safety should be taken into our own hands.

I love the fact that the idiotic employees post the FIVE star reviews within 2-3 days of an authentic review trashing this dunghole of a ghetto complex.

So busted!!!
For EVERY negative review an employee responds! Even name calling!! Now seriously would a tenant take a negative review about raising rents THAT personally??? I don't think so. But an employee would...think about it. How pathetic (and guilty of being as rude as accused) is that?
