What ever you do do not move here! Where do I start. My place has been flooded by the maintainance man busting a pipe up stairs and not realizing it. My car plus my apartment have been broken into. With that, the office manages and regional managers told me its my fault that I was broken into and to not worry about it happening again because the likeliness of it happening twice is very unlikely. That's there reasoning on my loosing $10,000 in items. They have recently hired a security officer who is completely worthless. He sits in his car and watches movies and sleeps and drives his little truck from one end of the apartment just once a night. Im not sure how effective someone is just sitting in there car. I pay $1000 for a 1 bedroom which is high so I should expect a premium service.

No one would ever give this place 5 starts unless they are working for the property. Not one of the numerous neighbors have had a single nice thing to say about the property and its management.

Just waiting for the fake 5 star perfect review to counter this one... All the neighbors I know are moving out, and some of them were paying $1,200 for a one bedroom!

Oct. '09...They are advertising the 3A (largest 1 bedroom) for $779!! I pay $800 for the smallest which is tiny! The one I have is advertised for $715 and that one will have new appliances, new carpet, be shiny clean, dustless, (I had a locator call). My lease is up tomorrow and they wouldn't budge for a loyal customer so I am loyal no more!!! I found a great 900 sq ft 5 miles from here and that complex is only 8 yrs old (they have a 65% rating)for $730. I can't wait to put the "fantastic, perfect, awesome" Preserve in the rear view mirror. Adios. Check craig's list for awesome deals if your lease is up soon-it's worth the hassle of moving.
