Hello, I have lived at Preserves for over a year and a half now and have upgraded to 1 bdrm with 1 den and a huge bathroom within the last 6 months. The rent is the best there is for what i got......an attached garage also!! WOOHOO!!!!! I can park my truck in there and there is still room for BBQ grille and bicycles and walking space. Love the interior vaulted cilings and berber carpet. Kitchen...top of the notch. Gym is real good, except we need one more TV..with remotes..please.....and if we can get a stereo/cd/cassette player in the GYM with an attached security device (just in case there is a theft), it would INCREASE the culture and morale of the gym tremendously. HA HA... Well, I love this apartment complex, its so quiet and with the FREE breakfast in the mornings and goodies (like brownies) at the mailbox provided by the CARES TEAM makes PRESEVE AT ROLLING OAKS APARTMENTS THE BEST IN NORTH AUSTIN!!!!!!
