I would like to post this review both independantly and in responce to the previous post "Worst service I have EVER found"
First, I would like to say that this is an excellent place to live. That goes beyond just the amenities, the apartments, and the property in general. It extends to the people as well. My neighbors are great, and its rare if you can hear them. The staff, both maintenance and office, is stellar. This is why I was so apauled by the previous post in which a former resident depicted a problem with the office staff. By personal experience, both in the past year and continuing, I can say that my experience has been quite the opposite. And since that former resident had the poor taste to personally attack one of the office staff and name her, I will go on record as saying that Torri has never treated me with anything but respect and has bent over backwards to help me feel at home. Since I was moving here from out of state, I had many questions and concerns. Even when I felt like I was bugging the staff (including Torri) with minute details, they were more than curtious and very helpful.
To rate a property so poorly and to give such a horrible review based on one instance with one person (even if it is true) is absurd. I have lived at some properties that were truely crap. Ones where the office staff did not care about the residents, where the buildings suffered from poor construction and an inept maintenace staff. The Preserve is FAR from it.
I have recomended this property to friends and will contiue to do so.
