Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Pros: Nice place, decent price. Great garage.
Cons: Could hear everything that was going on with the neighbors upstares, including the headboard banging the wall.
I moved out 2 months early, and a leak formed in a window while I was gone. They charged me $60 to replace the blind that got stained from the leak.
Highway noise is terrible.
Some hoodlums (kids) were going through my stuff when I was moving in.
