I have lived at The Preserves for 7 months now. I love it so far. I lucked out when it came to finding an apartment. I can?t get over how nice this apartment complex is. The grounds are very spacious and are kept in great condition. Tenants actually pick up after their pets here. It took some getting use to the quiet environment after moving from noisy college apartments in Dallas. I have received nothing but warm and friendly service from the staff (particularly Bree and Andy). I recently had a problem with my air conditioner. I called the office before it opened and left a message on the answering machine. When I came back to my apartment that same day, it was fixed. I love the view from my apartment too. It over looks the pool area. There are two pools with fountains and a hot tub. It makes for a gorgeous view.
I was a little hesitant at first because of the traffic. The complex is on FM 1325. However, getting in and out of the complex is not as bad as I thought it would be. The traffic noise is not unbearable and I have tuned it out completely. I have not heard my neighbors, and wasn?t sure if I even had neighbors for a while until I saw them walking into their apartment. My only pet peeve was with certain individuals who would leave their yapping dogs on their balconies. I was about to say something when the management sent fliers around to remind residents with dogs that they couldn?t leave their pets on the balcony alone. Since the flier went out, I have not heard one barking dog. There is plenty of parking so I never feel like I have to hike to and from my car to my apartment. I am so glad I picked The Preserves. I just hope my stay continues to be a pleasant one.
