Unsanitary landscaping and Horrible Staff!!!!

I am always stepping in dog POOP Everywhere, no one picks up their own dog's poop, so unsanitary(especially BIG DOGS)!!! Trash everywhere. The Staff is so snooty and unhelpful. We have to ask 10 times before something gets done.The cares team is alright but doesn't do enough.
