I was excited to move here, the complex is beautiful (especially if you get a building near the trees and have a great view). Never had any real problems, until I moved out....then they charged me over $600 for cleaning and replacing the carpet. I have lived in apartments for 10 years and this is the BEST condition I've ever left a carpet, and still they said they had to replace the entire thing due to 2 stains they said could not be removed. They did provide me pictures but it looked to me like the cleaners tried to use bleach to clean it, then said they couldn't get the stains out and I was charged. Ridiculous!!!
