This is overall a nice place to live but the utilities are very high compared to other places. The sun gets to every apt and my average bill was well over 230.00 for a 1 bedroom and the water bill is very high too. I am very conservative too. So, that is what has caused to me to move on. The parking is okay and the apartments are not crammed into to each other, it is quiet, not well lit at night though. If you don't mind paying out the wazoo for your utilities this is a great place and it is peaceful. So, in moving here..consider what direction you will be facing to help lower your bills....I never hear my nieghbors either. They are great about making people keep pet noise down. For the most part they fixed things when they needed to be fixed..fell short only a few times..eventually took care of....I would stay here..except for utilities and closeness to job.
