My apartment was broken into on a Saturday afternoon while most residents were at home. Came through a side window without breaking the window. Stole jewelry and electronics. The very back of the property contains a concrete drainage that also has a underground pipe. There were rocks stacked on top of each other and appeared someone was able to climb onto the property. The people who broke into the apartment were caught and are in jail. One of the men said they knew someone in the complex and knew there were women alone there. I moved the next day as did not feel safe any longer.The police told me one of the men said they walked out the front door and locked it. What I am wondering is who gave them a key' Get my point. And one of them had a sawed-off shotgun in their possession. Very glad I wasn't home. I loved it there and they need a policeman or DPS or other security onsite. Just know your neigbors and report everything that doesn't look right.
