This apartment complex is a great place to live, but my neighbors are terrible. Every night I hear them stomping around because the woman living above me is large. It sounds like she has several kids living with her and there's dog crap all over her porch. This is not to insult her, but I hear this almost every night. I've lost hours of sleep and therefore not performing well at work. MULTIPLE times I have reported my neighbor and nothing has been done. I realize it's not their fault, but why am I having to put up with it' Others have also reported her and her barking dog. All they can do is tell my neighbor to keep it quieter and they say they can move me to another apartment, but if I have the same issue then what' They won't resolve it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but not on this issue. I wish I could stay, but this intolerable. This is getting out of hand. She is rude, disrespectful, and continues to be noisy. I am tired of this, so I will be moving at the end of my lease. Since they don't enforce anything that's in the lease agreement, they don't deserve my business. I pay my bills on month every time, so why should I continue to suffer in silence' I no longer say anything about it since I know nothing will be done about it. At least in the last complex I stayed in, you were evicted for continuous noise issues.
