We have lived here for a year and a half and, unfortunately, they do not have a bigger apartment for us to move into. We are sad to leave because the location is great to DELL, Mopac, 45, and 35. The staff has been awesome. Maintenance seems to fix things within 48 hours of your request (only had to call them twice in 18 months and one time was on Thanksgiving Day!). The grounds are well kept. The pools are nice. Good neighbors for the most part but anywhere you live you will have those loud people. The only noise we had was from a disruptive couple that lived 2 floors below us! Parking can be a problem really late at night. Always felt very safe here. Would walk my baby in the evenings and never felt scared. There were always people out and about walking and hanging out at night. Lots of kids and families.
