I have to agree with most of the comments here, the management is awesome. They are so on top of everything, the maintenance staff do an amazing job with the upkeep and the apartments are spacious and the wrap around patios are fabulous!
However, my apartment is in the back of the complex and faces the woods. There are cockroaches, rolly-pollies that are all over the place! I am the biggest neat freak, so it freaked me out to see the critters come in to my apartment. Someone also came in to my garage and stole a few things when I had left it open for an hour or so.
Other than that, it's a nice place, good people live and work here and I would renew my lease if I had to. There you go, hope this helped.

You left it open for an hour or so and you're surprised someone stole your stuff? Retarded MUCH? You ALWAYS lock your stuff. Lock the front door when you walk in and close it. Lock your car when you get out. Close your GODDAMN GARAGE DOOR WHEN YOU LEAVE THE GARAGE ,..MORON !
