Jennifer is very rude and can not be trusted.She quotes one price and gives another price. I think she does not like _____ people.

I agree! I went in and was quoted one price, sent my roommate in to check it out the next day and he was quoted a much lower price. I honestly believe that the management goes in and rates these apartments on their own. I asked people out in the pool and they said this place isn't all that it's cracked up to be.

If you have ever rented an apartment before, you will know that prices and availibility change on a daily basis. Supply and demand people. Economics 101.

I agree. She's done this to me before and it was not due to Economics 101. She quoted me a price that was totally nonexistant because she mixed up floorplans. When I came back in, I was told about it and had to sign at another rate.
