its funny that when people cant get there way (like its lets make a deal) they just want to write bad reviews because they cant get the rent they want we all know the entire world is in a recession and everyone wants to make money renting a apartment is not a "car dealership"

Haha, quite obvious this was written by the office staff. They responded to my past review because I accidentally wrote that Sydney was the office manager, when in fact I meant to write "Sylvia"
In response to your "review" staff members, I didn't want to make a deal, I wanted the deal I was quoted. Fair? I think so. I got the rate that I wanted and I am only 30 days in to this lease, I feel like backing out.

Ha, I met you at the pool! Listen buddy, you're a kid, you got a lot to learn. For a one bedroom, your rate is pretty good and if you aren't happy, then why did you move here??? The management, sure, not so friendly but I do believe they are fair, the rest of the staff is super and they are the ones to handle the customers anyways.
And to anyone reading this review war between resident and staff, This place is a good place to live. The grounds, the maintenance, the floor plans, the swimming pool, I really love it here and I think some people just need to get their panties out of a wad!
PS. To the staff that read this, can you all do something about the mosquitoes at the pool. That is my one and only complaint.

Response to anonymous: I have been here for 6 months and find it a great place to live. I think the office staff are very friendly and professional and always ready to assist me when I go to the office. I feel anyone who would speak bad of the office staff, must have their own problems and maybe forgot the old golden rule of treat others how you yourself would want to be treated. Any problems we reported have gotten prompt attention and the office staff always very nice, I think it is a shame you would bad mouth these people and post anything negative on the internet about such nice people trying to do a good job.
