managment is the worst ever!!!

I can not understand why the Staff refuses to see what a joke they really are.
the manager is never there!! the others don't know what they are doing I have to ask about 4 times to get anything done. the 2 bedrooms are the worst you will pay a ton in electricity and still the master bedroom will not cool!!
I remember my first year was the best i had ever had in any apartment. this new staff has continue to let me down.
they have all these rules for us the tenants to follow but they seem to not be following any.
can't wait to get out of here!!
