To make it easy...the good and the bad:
The bad: The staff isn't much good. The main boss, Erica, is rarely there and will not return your phone calls. The other staff doesn't remember messages and, though they are friendly, does tend to leave early. Also, you're screwed if you have anything bigger than a 1-bedroom. The AC is not good. The air will hardly blow in the back bedrooms and you'll have to crank the thermostat down to about 69 just to get an keep it around the high seventies in a back room.
The good: The grounds are very well-kept. The apartments themselves are pretty nice. Maintenance responds quickly and accurately. Also, this is pretty well-priced living (probably because it's so far away from Central Austin).

In response to the previous person I would like to say that I have lived at Presidio for 4 years and love it. Erica is not the head boss she is a leasing agent, and is in the office everytime I go in there. I love the resident areas they have. Maintenance seems to take a while latly getting stuff done which is my only complaint.

In response to "not bad" I think you have Erica and Chasta mixed up. Erica at the time was a leasing agent and Chasta was the assistant manager. Chasta is no longer there for many reasons, but you have named a couple. Erica is great. I have lived there since '05 and she is always there and is the most helpful. Please check your names before posting a comment like this, responsed can be hurtful to the people you address. I have liked living at Presidio now that things are better taken care of.
