I am not sure why people find Erica to be a "horrible staff" person - I find her quite the opposite. She is very competent and friendly, and always gets back to me. I would think Presidio is lucky to have her. As far as the grounds go, they are kept immaculate and the pool is always beautiful and sparkling. The neighbors are quiet and I have never heard much more than my A/C coming on. For those that are complaining on this review page - I believe these are the people that Presidio trys to keep out by having strict requirements in becoming a renter at their property. In fact, the earliest complaintant has almost unrecognizable written English - that alone tells me his/her communication skills are probably already poor and he/she can't possibly communicate with the staff at Presidio.
