The staff at Presidio is great they are friendly and competent. Any request i have submited has been responded to promptly. I Love Erica she is so kind and sincere, I dont know how anyone could possiably have a problem with her unless they are just being unreasonable. You should keep in mind they are doing a job and have to follow certain guideline, balancing customer service with making the property owners a profit.
