The office staff are always friendly. My 1-2 maintenance calls were handled in the same day. The lawns are well maintained, as well as shrubbery, edging, seasonal flowers and plants. The fitness center has excellent equipment. I have not used the pool or grilling areas, however, like the rest of the Complex, both are well maintained. Parking has not been an issue with our two vehicles. My area is near both Lake Creek Parkway and the Fire Station; thus noise in my portion of the complex is higher. We always feel safe, but still lock the doors. Finally, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance (Lowes, WalMart, Chick-Fil-A, Fazoli's, Schlotzky's, IHOP) with Lake Line Mall less than a 5 minute drive. 2 minutes to 183, 30 Seconds to 620/SH 45. We have been residents for 5 months as of 12/06. Overall, we are very pleased. I searched carefully for a complex like this, and I am not disappointed.
