There are many wonderful things to say about Presidio. The staff is great and professional. The grounds are really nice and beautiful. The apartments are laid out well and very "user friendly." There are plenty of apartments with garages. It is very difficult to hear your neighbors through the walls because the walls have extra sound insulation not found in most other apartment complexes.
Best of all, if you are a dog owner, they cater to you! They have a huge dog park, and they hire a "poop-scoop" service to keep the grounds clean. (Nevertheless, renters should pick up after their dogs - and many do). They even have stands with dog bags for people to use in order to pick up after their dog. These services are a luxury for people with dogs - most other apartments don't offer the amenities for dog owners that this complex does. It is very impressive. My husband and I have enjoyed living here.
