The staff was very friendly. The sales people seem to quote different prices when it comes to deposit and weather or not there is a price difference between the 1st floor and other levels. I was told no by one person, then told yes by another. Turns out the person that said no was the manager and gave me the lower pricing. I moved in to my apartment end of September. The front gates never seem to both work at the same time. Either the entrance or the exit seems to stay open during the night. This allows for unwanted people in the complex. Seen some hooligans in the pool area around midnight once and the cops showed up to escort them out. The washteria is small if you do not have your own washer and dryer. There are alot of dogs here, which is great cause they are cute and friendly. The parking is sorta of congested. If you get home after 7pm its very hard to find a parking spot that is next to your building. If you wait until about midnight alot will free up, seems to be alot of booty calls. The apartments are nice, the noise was kinda loud when I first moved in but the loud ones have moved out seems these are always the same people who cant pay rent. Maint. seems 50-50. Reported the heater was out and it was fixed that day, reported several things like a few burn marks and a couple of shelves starting to come down when I moved in and still have not had anyone come to fix them. Also a sprinklehead that is broke and just floods the area around the building has been this way for 2 months, I reported it at least twice now. There was a notice on the door of a break in several weeks ago. Apparently someone left there door open. Other then the short comings listed above, these are nice apartments. The coordinator always seems to have something going on in the club house, from gameday football gathering _ catered by someone, to residence appreciation day where double daves has $7 dollar large pizzas in the club house. there is a huge dog park and so far everyone I have met has been really nice and polite. There is a mix of older crowd to younger crowd.

I give it a 7 out of 10.
