Apartment had some issues when I moved in. The staff was able to fix most of them. Cosmetically it looks like a very nice place, I would give this construction an average grade. Some of the fixtures are coming up in need of replacement. Insulation is average. You can hear your neighbors shower and toilet. Conversations from next door are muffled. The cure is to run the classical music station low to mask it! Presidio is under new management. They are discovering what a fixer upper this complex is. They are suprisingly attentive and get the problems fixed on the days you notify them about it. The location is great and most of the neighbors are very nice. "Neighbor problems" are rare. I'm sticking around for another year.
