I lived in Presidio for a year, moved out on March 2008. While I was living there, everything was fine and I liked residents there and the parking situation was not bad. However, I got this huge bill of replacing the carpet charge and cleaning fees which didn't make sense to me at all. During the move out walk through I was told everything looked well, I should not have any problem to get my deposit back. What a shock for me to see this $600 bill. I definitely will dispute this bill with them. So watch out for that!
