We lived in Prime Crest from 1999 to 2001. In that time the complex went from an okay place to live to a crime ridden slum. Don't live there. Whatever you do. Move anywhere else but to this apartment complex. We had to suffer through raw sewage dripping into our apartment from the upstairs, people having parties and playing loud music at all hours of the day and night. Management is nonexistent. Don't live here.
