Where do I begin to tell the story of how disgusting this place is'
Filth everywhere
Cockroach-infested apartments
Graffiti & vandalism throughout apts
Crappy maintenance
Grounds littered with broken glass,etc.
The place is terrible. It was bad before spring of 2002, then began to get better with the new manager at that time, but really went downhill fast after she left and the management company changed (again!). The management that took over in the spring of 2003 doesn't seem at all interested doing anything except sitting in their air-conditioned office and collecting their paychecks, while residents are afraid to walk around the property, even in the daytime. And at night there is a lot of partying, loud music, and noise. Cars are getting broken-into all the time, and this place is NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
