My mother lived there for four years. The halls were nasty. The laundry room was never cleaned. The heated pool was often broken. The office staff were condescending. The worst part -- when my mother moved out they sent her a bill for painting and carpet cleaning and threatened to send her to a collection agency. My mother has the cleanest habits. Primrose were the nasty ones. Now we're having to get an attorney. RUN from this place!!!!
