Reasonable price, unimpressive service

The location is ideal for us, being able to walk to Apple Computers and get up to Dell on Parmer Lane without driving on I-35. The price is also reasonable, considering the inflated market in Austin. But the buildings have seen better days, most of the ground floor apartments leak water down the walls and up through the floor (structural problem that can't be patched), and the foundations have settled, leaving cracks in the walls. Service is slow-slow, though I've been told they're hiring two new maintenance workers soon. It recently came under entirely new management, but I think these people are just as overwhelmed as the previous staff, rushing to fix things constantly.

This is the problem, before this, issues and problems were tended to, but not now. I see it improving though with the hiring of the new maintenance crew. We are very happy here.
