HUGE rip off

I'm thinking those positive posts must have been made by the management, because no one I knew while living there had a good experience. I can only laugh in glee now that Apple has moved and they've lost most of their decent business.
Matenaince would not leave you notice that they had been in your apartment. Water was turned off regularly without notice. I never once saw the bi-monthly pest control, and never saw evidence of it, since ants were about ready to carry me off. The staff was lazy and unwilling to assist me in even the simplest ways. Neighbors were extremely noisy. There was absolutely no enforcement of the pet policies, and as a result there was dog crap everywhere. There were fireant piles roughly the size of footballs around the property. My car and many others were broken into. The air conditioners were barely functional and you had to practically bribe the management to change the filter. They've stupidly painted their entryway bricks, so you risked breaking your neck if you wanted to get your mail on a rainy day. Drug deals were common, and if you left your apartment after dark, frequently there were creepy guys stalking around the complex. If you like to cook, expect the smell of whatever you cooked to stick around for a week or more. Wasps were a constant problem on the decks and in front of doors. The management will blatently lie to you if they think they can get more money out of you or it prevents them from having to work. In the smaller apartments, your bathroom window is easily visible to people in the next building. Often in the middle of the day there will be guys sitting out in the parking lot looking at you suspiciously if you walk or drive by. The entry gates are ALWAYS broken and rarely get fixed in less than two weeks.
You're wasting time and money if you live at Promontory Point

I forgot about the water. Man! They turned off the damn water with a day's warning all the time. Suddenly a shower wasn't an option. AGAIN.
