We have lived here for 4 years...and are very happy. It's home to us for now, and quite affordable as we save our money for a house of our own.

Once a year, there has been a car break-in...but that's it. The staff is wonderful...they treat us with respect and compassion. They are wonderful with the children, and always have treats at the end of the school day for the kids! My son looks forward to that each day!

The pool is very clean and well-kept, the grounds are beautiful. There are some here who litter, but they are reminded to clean up...and then evicted if it persists. They just do not tolerate it here and I love that. I take pride in my surroundings, and would like others to do the same.

Our neighbors are wonderful, very kind and considerate, and also pretty quiet. There is a lot of nature, trees, and greenery. The residents overall are so very nice. Walking our dog, we always meet someone new. It's nice to hear the children playing and laughing outside.

What would make this place really amazing is to have a playscape for the children. There are quite a few here now and there is only a sand area/volleyball court for them.

The manager takes care of complaints quickly and compassionately. We continued to rent here as our children are in a great school, it is safe, clean, and very well kept. Likewise, the price cannot be beat!

Look into it for yourself, it's a wonderful place. No place is perfect, but it cannot be beat!

OMG, you must be management, because I've NEVER seen them stop people from littering, much less evict someone for it.
