Promontory Point Apartments
< | >
I've lived at Promontory for the past four years and I've never had any problems. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly, and the few times that I've needed them they've been great. The office staff always remembers my name and they're all so friendly and efficient. The maintenance guys are great too. I had a wasp's nest on my balcony and so I called the office. The maintenance guy was at my apartment within five minutes and took care of it for me. (That was the only problem I've ever had with pests.) They even helped me move some furniture once, which was really nice considering I live on the third floor. Last summer my A/C went out and they simply replaced it with a brand new unit. My utility bill was way lower, and I was much more comfortable in my abode.
And the grounds are very well kept. The pool is always sparkling, and in the summer it's full of kids and nice families. I usually go at night when you can be alone for the most part. There's also a little shower room with a bathroom near the pool, so you don't have to run up to your apartment if you want to wash off or use the restroom. The workout room is pretty small, but it has the basics like a treadmill, bike, stairstepper and weights. Plus it has cable TV. There's a nice balance of families and young singles, so it's peaceful, but not boring. There's also plenty of parking.
Finally, the price can't be beat. I did my research before moving here, and this place is a steal compared to anywhere else, especially with a washer/dryer is included in every apartment.

So did the office write this? "Grounds" is not an every day term and "they simply replaced my a/c" yea right, "sparkling pool" is a term used only by advertisments, and as for the "kids and nice families" whatever, since I have been hear it looks like they let anyone in drug dealers and trash! Thats why I am moving; my kids can't go swimming!

Don't move here. They had fleas, and I had to move.
They kept my deposit.
