I've been here just over a year and have very mixed emotions about the place. The location is perfect for my work, and the grounds are really nice. But what's with that huge, ugly mirror over the fireplace' And the one review about the leaks is dead on. And not because of the rain. I'm on the first floor. Our bedroom ceiling leaks everytime the washer is used. The ceiling is painted with latex paint and I have several spots that look like water balloons on my ceiling. It takes 3 hours to dry a load of towels because either the lint is built up or the dryer is a piece of crap. My utility bill is outrageous! I had a kitchen drawer that fell apart, finally got maintenance to fix it. He put the drawer back together wrong and now it doesn't fit. New management took over, slapped some paint on the exterior of the buildings and increased the rent. You can do better for the money!!

Go check out Salado next door. I moved there from Promontory Point when my lease was over a few months back. Yes the location is great for nme too, and the offerings they have are much more up my alley...Things work!

Our ceilings have been leaking, too. They had to tear out 25% of one of our ceilings and now another ceiling is leaking filthy water all over my belongings. The maintenance guys are nice, but it has been leaking for over a week. Our dryer also has to run for about 80 minutes to get the cloths dry. I have been here for over a year and it seems like this place is falling apart.
