The main thing I dislike about these apartments is there is NO PRIVACY. While sitting in my apartment, I can hear everything that goes on upstairs-and I mean everything! These apartments are a nice size, price, in a nice location, but I don't want to be able to hear my neighbors' business or want anyone to be able to hear mine! The management is ok now. Early on I had major problems like leaking ceilings(on the 2nd floor) and heater not working that did not get fixed in a reasonable time frame, but now, everything is cool. The person who wrote about the "renovations" is correct. New appliances and paint don't mean it is a "brand new way of living". A friend of mine compared these apartments to the projects because we can hear everything going on above us. There have been cars broken into this year, but that could happen anywhere. I would say look thoroughly before you get into a lease but if you do decide to live here, shoot for 3rd floor or 2nd floor 2 bedroom
