You can do slightly better...

The reason I lived in these apartments for 3 years is because I honestly did not have the energy to make another move after a 2,000 mile trek across the desert. In the 3 years that I have lived here: I've had a flooded living room because of an upstairs busted water heater, a nail in one in my BRAND NEW TRUCK tires, a refridgerator that went out (which took 2 office visits, one phone call, and 2 days to finally get fixed), mold in my storage closet which has now spread to the inside of my living area walls, leaky ceilings, a clothes dryer that takes 3 times to dry ONE LOAD, a door that does not lock properly, an infestation of fleas, and HUGE cockroaches that like to appear out of nowhere... Now I know things happen in apartment complexes. But these people have made no effort to fix the huge potholes in the parking lot and I have yet to see any people out here to spray for insects, because I was told they came every Wednesday. On the other hand I feel very safe. Just now, I arrived home to my door cracked open (nothing astray) because I slammed my door in frustration out of it NOT LOCKING PROPERLY!!! It's been a quiet stay. If you like to sleep at 2:00 A.M., I recommend this place.
