Where do I start' When I first moved in the rent was low to bring you in, then they raised it $100 ($509 to $609). My water bills were way to high (25-28$) a month for a single person. I heard other renters paying up to 90$ a month. That finally go fixed after a year of over paying. Unless your moving in to one of the newly remodeled apartments, don't expect anything to be replaced or fixed in a timely manner or at all. Did I mention the leaking roofs' My leak ruined some very valuable books of mine. No renters insurance. Now, you are forced to buy renters insurance before signing a lease. I had black mold growing in my walls around the air conditioning closet. They "fixed it" and it grew right back. My apartment was not the only one with mold. My friend lived in another building, which had mold growing in the walls. They said there was nothing wrong with the walls, so he would routinely clean slim off his floor and wall. After they jacked up my rent for the last time, I was ready to go. I gave notice. The management person in the office said I did not need to spend a lot of time cleaning my apartment because it was going to be remodeled. He said all I needed to do was tidy up and vacumn. I cleaned my apartment anyway because I didn't trust them. I didn't steam clean the carpet because they said I didn't need to. I got my deposit back today, a little under $4.00 out of a $99.00 deposit. They said they were going to rent my apartment instead of remodeling, so they kept my deposit because it wasn't "clean enough". Also, cars and our mail boxes were always getting broken into. How would you like your identity stolen' So if you want to live at Promontory Point, bend over!

Yes, we had mold all over our bathroom. I wonder if it was black mold. It was black. This place is bad for your health.
