Not bad except for the train and parking.

We were there for 3 months, and to be honest, we mostly liked it. The train was a thorn in my side (it's pretty unsettling at 5 am), the trains ran consistently throught the night, and we weren't more than 50 ft away from the tracks. Yes, some people don't pick up their dog's business. The pool was usually working, although we never went during the weekends, as it was crazy-busy. The only issue we had was the air conditioner didn't work when we moved in, but it was quickly fixed. We did pay for carpet cleaning when we moved out, but with 4 kids I expected that...I mean, who puts white carpet in a rental? The apt. was a nice size though, and pretty quiet, except for the freaking train. I don't think I slept for 3 weeks. Parking is quite simply a nightmare. One night we had to park 6 buildings away. Some of the office staff were great, others aloof. One of the staff's kids were pretty bratty at the pool...guess the rules only apply to tenants. The clubhouse is very nice, although it's use is limited to office hours. They put in more tables and bbqs when were there, but we didn't use them because it was too far from our apt to easily manage. I have no idea what the utility bills were like, it was taken care of by our company, but I did hear a lady complaining about her huge water bill for her 1 bdrm. There is so much more they could do here....install bbqs or tables in other common areas, put in a playground...but they did seem to take good care of what was already there.
