nice place...a few problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived in Alexan for about 6 months. It's pretty new and I really like the floor plan...It's one of the nicest I could find for the price. The only problems I've had since moving in is -the hot water runs out fast -there are small ants everywhere that we can not get rid of even with the pest control -sometimes the office staff are extremely rude...I avoid going in to the office. But besides these things my stay at Alexan has been comfortable. I think that these problems are small compared to some that I have experienced at other apartments.
