I totally agree with what was said by another tenant. The carpets are made very cheap as to where you can't even sit on the floor without getting all the carpet lint all over you. When you move out of the apartment EVERYONE gets charged a very high price to replace the carpet regardless of how clean the carpet is & you WILL NOT get your deposit back & make up some story about how you messed up the carpet (the linty stuff). Parking is the worst as there are people who even park on your garage & then go party leaving you unable to either get your car out of the garage or unable to put your car in. They do have constant break ins as they "attempted" to break into our garage once while we were sleeping & into our house except that they ran because they heard us making noise so they could leave. Management seems nice at first to suck you into the deal then they just don't listen to you. There are alot of bugs from ants, to silver fish, spiders & gnats. It is sometimes very dirty due to the fact that people party by the pool & leave their cigarette buds & beer cans all over teh pool area & through the apartment grounds as they're walking home. Tenants are outrageously noisy & dirty especially in throughout the night & into the morning & when told to keep it down you get ignored & then they call the cops on you the next morning at around 11 AM because you decided to watch TV & they are so hung over that any little noise bothers them. Management does start bumping up your bill someway or another by making your rent & water bill higher (any excuse works for them to get your money). We never partied as we are a young couple that had just moved to Austin with a newborn baby & just wanted peace & quiet in a new city. You also get to live next to a trailer park which doesn't look too "nice". People would get in & out of the complex by jumping or opening the gates. What my husband & I kept asking ourselves all along is: "If we pay so much rent, then why don't they pay security to come watch over the apartments'" Overall this place is NOT a good place to live.
