Understandable that this website is mostly just opinions, but I figured I'd take the time to give mine. I've lived in my apt for over two yrs and its great. The layout is neat and my apt isn't "falling apart", probably because I take care of things and am not college age and with a lack of respect for things. I like the trash pick up offered but can't always seem to catch it in time (my own procrastination). The trash compactor area could be kept cleaner but usually the grounds look great. I see people with dogs who don't pick up after them like they are suppose to, but hey- I see that all the time around austin (especially Town Lake)! Management is friendly. The majority of the atmosphere is friendly here actually. That's what makes it really nice, even considering how big this place is. I've lived at about 7 or 8 different apt complexes in 3 different cities and have had ok times, this one is the best. Little jealous, but my friends that live here have pretty cool upgrades in their apts. (large 2 bedrooms)
