This is a great apartment complex that provides new and nicely well kept apartments for a reasonable price. Office provides great ammenities with a very welcoming atmosphere. I have made very many friends at the complex thanks to the friendly atmosphere that it has. I have never had an issue with the managment, and in fact I enjoy passing by and talking to them.
If you pay your rent on time ( up to the 3rd of every month) then there is no reason why you should ever have an issue. I also know of plenty of friends that live here who have had a very possitive experience.
Pools are always clean, my only complaint is that there are sometimes overfilled with perhaps people that don't live here (perhaps they could be a little more strict with non-residents).
