Through out the course of a year of living at Regency Park I had many plumbing problems. One time the cieling bubbled out and fell in the shower, another time water leaked from my wall where there are no pipes(yes that is true.) This caused some damage to the carpet in some areas. When i alerted the staff each time for these they assured me i would not be charged. However, a month after move out i have a statement charging me $957.36 for the entire place to be recarpetted, and on top of that they charged me a $125 'enzyme treatment' fee ON THE OLD CARPET THAT WAS REMOVED! Other charges on my statement included already paid fees for trash and water for months way prior to me moving out.
