The manager is never available for you should you want to address any issues to her directly and her "assistants" are rude as hell! Don't be fooled by those FAKE smiles & be sure to follow up if your are promised something. The staff turn over rate is incredably high & it's no wonder that they are making so many errors in accounting. I recommend that you document EVERYTHING! Get everything in writting!! When or if you move in, be sure to complete that inventory condition form & get a copy for yourself. You don't want to get stuck paying for already documented damages at move out. (It happend to my nieghbor.) If you like living at a "Frat house", you'll love it here. Definately NOT kid friendly. Every weekend it's puke fest in the parking lot, literally! Lots of drugs and parties. Ton's of parking...but forget about finding a spot on the weekend. And the "resort like pool"...could be nice if we didn't allow all of South Austin to use it. All of the staff members that actually care about things are gone. What a shame...with a place that has soooo much potential. Renew my lease''' I think NOT!
