Wow, angry apartment dwellers seem quick to jump on this website, so I'm going to give my short story... but you may not think it's as exciting as all the lawsuit mumbo-jumbo. This is a nice place, with nice management. ...If you are nice to people, they will most likely be nice in return. Just try it. (& You may want to sincerely educate yourself a little too if you're a new apt dweller, if you care, & you'll probably avoid prospective problems.)

I'm a friendly, rational person and have not had a problem with this office/ maintenance...(can't say the same for an inconsiderate neighbor) & overall I've lived in complexes for several years now. I do not expect management to be perfect, I'm not, so get real people. (I wouldn't want a website where my imperfections could be advertised!) :) But come on, if I had a dog that peed or messed on the carpet, or I tore the place up, can I really get mad at the person that charges me back for my carelessness' I think not. Take responsibility and look up the word 'consequences'.

Viewing what apartment dwellers say on other complex sites, I can see that the "blame game" takes place a lot. I do not work for the office, nor do I want to, and thank the Lord I do not have to deal with the public in my field of employment.

I like my place and will probably be here for quite a while. I recommend it. Listen up and just keep copies of your lease papers.

Yet another management post! Wonder when management will take some responsibility? Of course that would require them to do their jobs and not sit and chitty chat with each other and look bothered when you try to get some sort of customer service.
