Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
They pretend to be friendly at first, but then try to rape you for every penny they can. Rented a washer/dryer for $25 per month. When I purchased my own they still made me pay $25 per month even though their's was removed. Pool was very shallow and thus very hot all summer. Also had dirty bandaids in it a few times. Don't rent here!!!
