Get you to sign ridiculous 14 month leases by offering a month free. Don't do it. If you have to break your lease, even for a VERY good reason they will screw you. Read your lease. Not a standard lease. Even more sleazy than most corporate contracts. ON top of everything, the office staff are the snottiest little B-I-T-C-H es ever, esp for having such a crummy job. They didn't even have the apartment cleaned when I moved in. As I was moving out there was sooo much sheet rock dust still in the apt that it clogged my vacuum! What a nightmare!

I hear you. If you haven't experienced it, you just don't know how bad it is. Moving out for me was the worst experience ever. I have impeccable rent history and this one tore me up. Thank the Lord I am outta there!!! Good luck to you.
