Were should i start, I'm a young professional that was looking for a nice complex, good price in rent and honest office staff(Hell no they turn bi- polar on you, Erica Brod the Assistant Propert Manager the worst one! They will be nice at first duh! they want you to move in. DEPOSITE , dont count on getting anything back the apartment could be left in great condition like mine was (i made sure it was clean i wanted my deposite back 300.00 dollars )Always telling me i did'nt pay bills- trash water and rent, when i had proof of it,( I believe that there is some kind of money stealing in the office i hope they get caught and prosecuted ) soooooooo many residents have the same problems with this and the same stories over and over just read the stats, PLUS office staff has come to work intoxicated thats when all the complications start. Look this complex nice apartment too, but to many breaking into cars, gates never closed and The Management because at the end of the day this complex needs new ones (thats why i found someone to sub lease from me after 6 months fom them and i had a 2 month lease). I hope someone in their corporate office looks and finds out about these actions and that people will come foward and try to contact them with there personal issue because im in the prosses doing so. If your a manager and leasing consultant plese dont take the time to PRETENED that your just another resident thats just wanted to post 5.0 and leaving me a reply like others. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
